原因很多也许是DNS的问题，也许是防火墙的问题（如果有的话），也许是网络的问题，也许。。。。。，这样试试吧
1、如果可以ping通附近的机器（用ip地址ping），试试ping一个网站地址，比如www.google.com等，如果显示有ip地址而且ping的通，则DNS没有问题，反之DNS有问题；
2、查查网络出口有没有什么限制？有没有防火墙？有没有出口策略？
3、确保机器没有病毒和木马之类的东东！
4、ip地址设成自动获取试试，看看获取后的DNS是否好用？

都试了，ping gateway, dns whatever。it works. But it waits for website's response when I access it for long, long time. In the end system pops error dialog. I don't know why.

FYI only. when you open any website, see what is showing on the IE status bar. Does it add ".net" to the website you expect? If so, download "ad-aware" and "spybot" to clean your computer up.

I need to know how your internet connection is shared. If you use a router, it might be set to filter IP addresses, and your IP might not be allowed to access the internet. If it is so, try to change your IP.
