说真的，每次读新闻的时候读到某个贫困家庭的孩子由于缺少医疗费只能眼怔怔的看着孩子在死亡线上挣扎，我都想我们是不是已经可以做点儿事情了，他们需要的甚至仅仅是几万块人民币

政府应该建立相应的社会医疗保障体制。 还有，我一直搞不明白政府为什么不能保证全部小孩的义务教育， 而要社会捐助。 定个法律：教育税医疗税收上来不就得啦。
