I got AIX 5.3 installed on same machine(7043-150) with just 256M memory.

1. Yes, I tried it on the same CD on 7044-170 had no issues
2. long enough for me to fly back to China
3. Graph terminal, but from a PCI vedio card(same setting for 7044-170)

建议：把显卡拔掉，找根9-9的串口线，连接150的串口S1到PC上，光盘启动，然后用超级终端或者Netterm看。
