还有, BT下载也基本上不能下了.

以前遇到过跟你一样的问题就新浪等几个网站不能上，其它都正常
还曾经打过电话问bell，他们信誓旦旦的说绝没有
做任何限制，
最后解决方案是，删除所有临时文件，清光所有cookie，
猫和router断电5分钟，
然后。。。。。。。。。。。。
嗯，然后就好了，

you misunderstood my wordI mean I'm always using firewall&anti-spy software in my computer,
my problem in my computer should be other reason.
