http://www.pdflib.com/ is open source,not cheap though, clibpdf is open source and free.

如果你是想根据XSL-FO文件转PDF，我觉得Ibex比较好，也是我常用的控件（java和.net都有）。它的免费版工作很正常，只不过会在生成的PDF文件中加入它的一段广告词，不作为商用的话还是很好用的。 http://www.xmlpdf.com/ibex.html
