工作学习 / 专业技术讨论 / 想找个简单的电路ic芯片，要求内祥，另请问大多地区那里有电子器件市场能买的到。要求输入dc5-12v,输出3.3v左右，最大输出电流1A左右，sot封装最好，就是Low Dropout Linear Regulator电路，但是要在多伦多买的到（小量，自己做着玩）

sot 封装输出电流到不了1A，to-220的行，型号有好多种。sayal 和 active electronic 都有。
