Some Bittorrent has this function to locate the IP destination. Personally I always using whois to reverse search the domain name and its address. Such as 64.233.167.99, ...if you use reserve whois to query it, you will get the following address
"Address: 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway
City: Mountain View"
:) it is much better than the tools we used these days.
