thanks. before, as I know, godaddy.com is the best for .com domain. BUT, I need to register a .ca domain, because .com is not available now. Thanks.

xxx.com point to xxx.homeip.net (ddns), xxx.homeip.net point to your IP address. Now you make sense about it?
