He's using a super small oyster for demo...what kinda knife to use ? I have to use a hammer to stick my knife in the shuck...impossive to shucking it just by hand.

Shucking knife. Go to the bar area at Rodney's Oyster House, the bartenders there will show you what an easy task oyster shucking could be. ;-)

很容易的,就用螺丝刀橇开.找好缺口,把螺丝刀钻入壳内,然后用贡杆原理稍用力就开了.我是二分钟开一个.
