我只知道有一种叫garlic cream，是用来醮面包吃的。不知道能不能涂在面包上烤。

Garlic spread。超市有卖。烤完再刷，要不然烤面包机太难清洁了。

My D learned from cooking class: put butter on top of bread and sprinkle galic salt (sold everywhere), put shreaded cheese on the very top. Bake about 20 mins.
