工作学习 / IT技术讨论 / is there unix expert? everything under /tmp suddenly gone. Is there any problem? at least I cannot send email now.If there any problem if I logout and relogin? I just changed the crontabs root file.
Anybody knows what happened?

Which UNIX? And what kind of job you put in your newly changed crontab file? Did you make the new crontab file effective already or not?

清空/TMP和发送EMAIL基本无关。注意看看CRONTAB里面有没有脚本是定时清理/TMP的。

我也觉得很奇怪，可是发送mail时，说找不到/tmp/$user/的一个文件，可是重启后也没有生成该文件，就发出mail了

crontab里头的执行时间都是早上3点，就算有也没有关系吧
