最简单的方法,买活杀的鱼回家,绝对不腥。
强烈推荐游水青斑,放姜片和绍酒清蒸,10-15分钟,美味极啦!

try "马头鱼" - it's big, always around 4 -5 lbs each. light color with some yellow spots on its skin. "c碑"- cantonese say like this. its black. they are good, and no "special taste" at all.
