I met a couple of 东欧 designer ... very so-so ... english is not bad. I met a russian architect and Japanese project architect , they are good. It depends.

再次感谢! 不过我觉得 Senior Architect 只pay 80K+, 我觉得你们公司太小气了. 我很希望能找个 Architect 的职位, 但我的薪水期望值是 98K+, 否则跳槽就没啥意义了. 难道市场上一般就这个pay rate吗? 如果是的话就太令人失望了.

no way. Now even good senior developer can get 95K ,,, team leader is 85k to 100k, and architect from bank position is 100k NOWcomparing 2 years ago TD asked for a 65K architect which made agencies laugh their asses off ....
