under the compose email window, Tools --> Options, check the View tab, you wil see a group of checkbox under Formatting marks, uncheck those you don't want.

谢谢。在家几天，再上班一直忘了试，刚才一下解决问题！回头看了一下上次的回贴，人家也回了，只是我笨，一步不说我就不会了。//BTW，我的毛病是无意中tick了formatting 下的All，现在untick就好了。
