if use can ping the ip address but not domain name(e.g.: 141.146.8.66 vs. www.oracle.com). That's the DNS configurtion problem of ur PC.

除草不成连根拔起：clear IE's history, temp file, offline file. If doesn't work try use Opera instead of IE.

将网卡的速度减到10M, 不用自动的。试试。

那个网卡？两个机器互连的？还是连modem的？怎么降？其实一开始可以上几分钟的网，马上就不行了，在也不行了。

you said you can PING, but PING where?? Internal? External? Was it able to access the Internet if it connects directly? If it's able to PING external, check the DNS setting.

ping www.yahoo.com and ping 216.109.118.77 ok.
顺便说一句，msn也不好用，实在试没遇到过这种情况。

at DOS, try c:\ telnet www.oracle.com 80 <cr> GET /<CR><CR> if u can see anything,that's IE's problem. if not, check firewall.

可以肯定是ie/msn的问题，关键是什么问题？你的方法用过，可以得到一些反馈
