support xml and tcp network are basic to get web service at client. 10 yrs ago, i knew fortran cannot do these. If still not now, try something else. lots of client web service package are available for free.Ellen's idea sounds great, proxy client. Let fortran call this proxy, proxy access webservice, parser xml result and final save the result at fortran favoriate formate.
