You may go to the community centre nearby and find lots of programs for kids. Some of them are free and some charge some small fee.

\什么是初级动画？我知道一个初级图画班，老师讲国语，在多大学生宿舍楼，学生大部分是中国来的， 老师很好，对孩子很耐心。我的孩子在哪儿学过，还得了个小奖呢。唱歌嘛，我知道唱“我为祖国献石油”的那个歌唱家的夫人在教唱歌，成人班$35-40/hour,不知有没有幼儿班。舞蹈班我倒是知道几个。
