工作学习 / IT技术讨论 / 为何出现主域名可以ping通，而子域名ping不通的现象???在安装exchange server 2000过程中。出现主域名可以ping通，而子域名ping不通的现象。如在cmd窗口：c:> ping abc.com 可以，而 c:> ping smtp.abc.com 和c:> ping pop.abc.com 则不行，报unknown host name...。直观感觉是DNS的配置问题，可查DNS中的mx（mail exchange）记录，已经有相关信息。
请教可能是什么问题？

for your sub domain "mx（mail exchange）" is not enough. You should add "A" record as well
