it's not only something about style....the most important is good service and maintainance. for an official IT project here, a proper contract and the third party are necessary, otherwise, u may get nothing after the investment. regretfully, I am not professional at this detail, but you can get help from some consultants or relevant lawyers (who are good at processing IT projects contracts).
