You just need an internal static IPFind a router and hook to Rogers, then set your Win2k3 @ an internal ip in the same segment. ( i.e. if the router is 192.168.1.1 then use 192.168.1.10, default gw = DNS = 192.168.1.1.
Rogers stopped support static ip couple of years back unless you pay them more :)
