3 是指学历公证的原件和复印件？也要学历原件，成绩单 4不是必须 6是50美刀

俺可没有标准答案，个人感觉，问题不大...有学历原件，证明确实上过学，学历公证主要是一个翻译作用，又有学历认证，表明等同于本地学历，其实也相当于被检查过一次了。
俺的学历认证用的是传真的复印件，都不太清楚，移民官也没说啥。
