You can go to Montreal. You'll get free health care there right after you landing there. I was told about this, not 100% sure. You'd better check Monteral's gonverment's web page or sth like that. Good luck!

No, No, not now. Montreal's health policy has changed since June. You need 3 months before get a health card, too. Just like Ontario.
