H.263是视频的协议，netmeeting的音频用H.232。不同点在于netmeeting用固定端口，msn messenger用uPnP协议打开随机端口。

netmeeting voice using h.323 protocol stack (h.245, q931, h.225, G7xx), msn voice using sip, netmeeting must has one side public, msn can have both ends hiding behind firewall.
