Can I add a windows 2003 standard server into a Windows 2003 Small business server domain as a Domain Controller ?

NO..u can;t,2003 SBS只可以作为单一的网络里面的唯一DC,而且SBS按装的时候必须作为root，理论上SBS应该作为一个域里面安装的第一台计算机

I agree that SBS should be the first computer/DC in the SBS domain, but presume that windows 2003 standard server could be another DC in the SBS domain.
