材料:黑糯米2兩, 椰汁1/2罐, 杞子1湯匙, 清水3公升, 粟米1/4罐, 砂糖3兩
做法: ( 1 ) 杞子洗淨, 連同粟米用水煮2分鐘.
( 2 ) 用清水洗淨黑糯米, 瀝乾備用.
( 3 ) 煲滾3公升水, 加入黑糯米, 大火煮半小時, 熄火. 加入砂糖, 杞子, 粟米及椰汁, 待冷卻放入雪櫃雪凍後便可食用.
這款糖水含大量碳水化合物、蛋自質、鈣、鏻、鐵、維他命B1、B2等。功能補血,健脾益胃
