guy, I think you need to get familiar with HTTP protocoal. 404 error is the docuemnt which IIS can not find on server. If you do not like this error, just write a script to redirect the bad request to your login page ;)

try1. In IIS Manager, double-click the local computer; right-click the Web Sites folder, an individual Web site folder, a virtual directory, or a file; and then click Properties.
2. Click the Custom Errors tab.
3. In the Error messages for HTTP errors list, click the HTTP error that you want to change, and then click Set To Default.
If you want to change it back as a custom error message, click Edit button and you will find out how.
