能否告知详情？我今天去问过被告知申请驾照必须拥有SSN卡，H4不能申请这个卡，所以我不知道怎么才能获得驾照呢？我也在IL,先谢谢你！

H1 visa can ally SSN, it is trouble H4 visa can't...
if can apply bank account?
