一。不要联网，在offline 状态把信从deleted 拖 回到 inbox. 二。联网， syncronize.

depends what protocol your orgnization uses, if it is pop3, no! if it is imap, maybe, ask your sys admin.

there is a option of your mailbox in Exchange"do not delete before backup",
if you've choosed this option,
then the Administrator only need dismount your mailbox
and re-mount your mailbox is ok,
if you do not choose this option,Administator need
to use the backup to restoreyour mail
