No. heard about it. used system with Veritas, but never did configuration of it. Is veritas only as LV manager? LV manager is build in OS like Solaris, HP....Or, u mean Backup & restore sofrware for HA/disaster recovery?

I am not familiar with Veritas LVM, I was just user of LVM. If u have the software and interest, I can provide u the HW enviroment.For sure, through Internet. Because I am not in Toronto.
If u still have interest, I will give u the root account. The feedback I need from u is that after u have done your 'lab', write done what u did with LVM.

the configuration is good. just expensive.I think u can get better deal. for example: < 400 usd. remember, u still need to pay the shipping(may be another 100cad) and tax.

i am little bit regred to buy a e250. Though I get a very good deal. but it is too noisy compare to PC. I can't keep it on like my Linux/PC.My configuration has only one power suply. Still there are 4 big fans in the box. The noise is really like the noise in my previous customer's JI SHUAN JI FANG.
