你可以和公司说一下，我过去好像有网上培训的。但价钱比较便宜。主要还是要靠自己。它不象Java, C# 懂得人很多。它技术上交流范围较小。一定要上IBM的网站上多看看。

manual is for reference instead of studying, if you have environment, try redbook through ibm's website
