yeah, that's what i'm looking at now. But to use IP Phone, what server/software do I need? Call manager, Call manager express? And What's IPCC? Do I need Cisco Utility?

可以先找BELL, TELUS等CISCO的RESELLER先根据你的要求做一个初步报价(报价中应该包括硬件软件和咨询费用), 同时再到这个网页上看看技术文挡, 多看看再比较一下不同RESELLER的报价,应该就有数了.

You don't need to alway focus on the Cisco Call manager. Cisco's IP phone 7960,7940,7910,7912,7905 can used in the other system also.

400美金一个电话也不便宜了，还不一定给你power adapter(cisco 有其rj45供电系统)

you can get 7905 around 150USD, after delar discount. I do not know if including power adpter, I used to get in line power.

Really depends on the capacity you are going to deploy. Usually two Callmanager, one Unity should be O.K. for a middle size company.
