assume你是说煎牛排。 是牛排嫩的方法:把新鲜牛排(冰冻的先等他完全化软)平放在案板上,用专门锤肉的锤子(上面凹凸不平),如果没有锤子,就用菜刀把,捶击肉。注意不要锤得太厉害。然后用酱油,加点soda powder,把牛排淹上一小时。煎牛排时火要小,中间带一点血丝儿即可。

Most of frozen pork were 骚味, the easier way to除去猪的那股骚味 is to apply some white pepper powder on the pork before cooking.Another way is to cook the pork in strong taste, like spicy, sour. Frankly, I do not like pork because of this. I love beef. However, you know, white meat is healthier.
