工作学习 / IT技术讨论 / WINDOWS 2000 网络系统,MY NETWORK PLACE 问题在MY NETWORK PLACE中,看不到的机器,却可以PING到,请问哪个SERVICE出了问题,看不到的机器是和DOMAIN CONTROLLER在一个网段的DHCP SERVER和其他在另一个网段的所有从DHCP拿地址的计算机.但从DESKTOP网段可以看到所有机器.谢谢!

netbois has enabled. and i can ping these desktops by host name from server subnet

only see machine in the same subnet except the DHCP and desktops (the other network subnet.

Seems not the problem with the services of the server, check the router connecting the two subnets. Sorry I am just fishing.:)

the router should no problembecause everything happened after I reboot some server. (I think the main problem is because I boot the DHCP first, then Domain Controller, I can not reboot the machine now, So I should figure out), Thanks!

Probably sth wrong with zone transfer because of reboot sequence. Your desktops can see everything because they do the name resolution through the DNS on DHCP server, but your DC do it through the DNS on itself.

win2000 network browse use some ports such as 137~139.make sure related protocol can be routed by your router. If you are using WINS for name resolution, enable WINS relay.

Add a WINS server to your network. Or open two-way DHCP relay on your router.
