You need to install a firewall, like Norton Personal Firewall.

谢谢，我最后用2000的local security policy 搞定了。但我还是有个问题，如果一个恶意程序用周知端口比如80连接远端的非法server做后门，不是防不胜防了吗？??any idear??

这涉及到更深层次的firewall设置了。。。。比如DMZ、IPSec、SSL、ICMP等等。。。。网络安全职位薪水为什么高，您现在大概应该知道了。。。。呵呵。。。如果您不是职业搞这东东的，那我就只能说到此了~~~

家贼难防很多类似的spyware, based on trajon, open backdoor on your pc and transmit your personal info. sometimes we use antivirus-like software to remove these spyware. firewall itself has no idea whether this traffic is legal or not unless you give it a policy but most time you also do not know which traffic is unwanted, another way is using system monitoring software to prevented all illegally registered software.
