Most of responses he got from here are negative.If he posted this in a local forum, I guess the response could be quite different, I mean there would be more positive ideas.
But again, he's dealing with a Chinese lady just come out of China, so he can get a lot of information from the replies here. That could help him to understand the reasons behind. I feel they have some mis-communication and mid-understanding. They should have a good chat.
