and go back to China, can she remain the immigrant status? She is in China now. I am thinking of weather it's necessary
for her to come and landing for a short period.

So, your daughter never landed, and you want to go back to China and never return? I heard, that if a child has landed once, and could keep the status even if s/he returns China.

我记得以前有人贴过好像是小孩子不受183天限制，具体情况可以去移民厅问问。
