那东东就是西葫芦，非节瓜。我喜欢切薄片炒放一点醋。也可以切成块炒鸡胸脯。剁碎包饺子也行

chichen salad, maybe? in the hotel i stayed in last couple of days they serve chichen salad, which is kind of spicy but not very. it reminds me a lot of chinese food. love it.

偶冒充一把南方人吧，切小段把中间掏空了塞上调味后的肉糜虾米等荤菜，然后蒸熟就可以了。
