做法见内1 袋菠菜
2 杯切成片的草莓
1/4 杯色拉油
2 大勺白醋
1/4 杯白糖
少许 paprika (老外的一种不太辣的红辣椒粉）
1大勺白芝麻
1/2勺 poppy seeds
做法是在一个碗里把油、醋、paprika、芝麻和poppy seeds一起打匀，洒在菠菜和草莓上，拌一下就好了。
颜色红红绿绿的，味道酸酸甜甜的。喜欢吃cheese的可以再加点自己爱吃的cheese。

3.Cake (I call it Icy Cake),Materials: cake floor, 10% milk, pineapple, peach, strawberry etc
1).Make three pancake with cake floor
2).Stirring 10% milk heavily into cream
3).Put raw fruit and cream between two pancake like making Sandwich, add one more layer fruit and then pancake .
4) Put the multi-layer cake into freeze for about 1 hr.
5) Take cake out and enjoy

加草莓，香蕉，冰激凌和少量牛奶在BLENDER里，打1分钟，就是STRAWBERRY BANANA MILK SHAKE，味道很好的。把冰激凌换作NO FAT 酸奶，再加点燕麦粥，就是我们家的早餐，营养又抵食：)

把草莓洗干净，用PAPER TOWEL 展干，分批放塑料袋里，冷冻。还可以加糖作成STRAWBERRY JAM，罐头装，室温保存。只是作罐头要稍微麻烦点。

Excellent. I will froze some. I assume I can still try frozen straw berry with recipees I got from here. a little more instruction on Strawberry Can pleeease.

Hehe, my mother-in-law did it but I never tried. See if this url helps. The frozen strawberry can be used as a regular strawberry in most of recipe, but should be used immediately after taking out from frige, without defrost.
