他说得太绝对，但太多人抢一个位置也吓人，得到面试机会就象中六合彩一样。我在OTTAWA的一个朋友说前段他们招一个人仅NT下岗的人就排了四队，大部份人（90%）的RESUME是看都不看就进了废纸筐。

It's called Networking, not 走后门。In fact, for most cases, what you got for that is only a sure chance to get the interview, not the job. They only hire these people who are quaulified, no matter whoever you are.

But now, most of them just give those people interviews, that's already enough for their position. Canadian job market is really very very limited for landed immigrants now.
