u could. but could u afford your tuition this year? i know some guys put their money in safe box instead of bank account, just for application of OSAP.

You are not eligible for the Ontario student loan if you haven't lived here for more than one year. But you could appy for the federal loan. And you don't need to fill in another form, just complete the OSAP application form.

I don't know what your meaning. I suggest you should go to osap.gov.on.ca then you can find many information there. If you want to enroll in September, you can apply now as soon as possible. Since it will take a lot of time to process your profile.

When you sign the application form, you grant the right to OSAP to check your financial status.BTW, OSAP is a loan, which means you have to pay back. It's not free.

贷款终归是要还的。如果你有足够的积蓄来维持你的学习的话，所差的不过是一点点银行利息。为了这点钱花那么大力气折腾，值得嘛？如果你真的需要政府的资助，申请就是了。担心什么？
