Is it possible to get a job offer from him? Then, we can help you to get a working visa called H-1B. Do you have a degree in China or north American?

No, since you hold a Canadian passport, you don't need a visa to enter U.S. for visiting/transfer purpose.

Most visa applications are for business trips (B1) or for personal travel (B2)

They can go to the U.S first and apply Canadian visa there. That will be much easier.

Anyone got refused a U.S. visa without good reason, I may help to see if the refusal can be over-turned.
