we use decserver 700 like remote access server, but the max speed is only 33.6, where can i up it to 56k?again, in openvms, where can i activate the dns service?
is nfs supported in openvms?

56K? Impossible if just use modem to modem.Service Proveder need special devices to support 56K, .

for DECserver , " set port n speed 55600" will doFor DNS, go to UCX( or TCP/IP)
ucx> SET CONFIGURATION BIND /PRIMARY=(DOMAIN:RHEA.LAB.UBIRD.EDU)
ucx> set bind/primary=.....
For NFS, it is supported of course!
