in interface configuration mode, type ? to see if any command can do that, the command may be "interface e0 fullduplex" or simply "fullduplex".

谢谢上面两位。可是AS5200 interface configuration mode下不支持 duplex命令，也找不到其他可能与duplex设置相关的命令。

Check IOS version. upgrade the IOS. If enter int e0, input duplex ?, router tell you bad command, that means this IOS doest support full-duplex
