把要吃的泡菜取出来,用水冲一下就可以吃了。夹泡菜的筷子专用,千万别沾油,每天搅动泡菜水。

是一种红皮萝卜。皮是红的,里边是白的。food basic有买的,(0.49一袋),不过国内的个大(去皮以后可以煮汤),这里的个小(我都是整个的泡的)。

泡菜生花后就酸了,也不脆了,其实有办法让它不生花——尽量让谭子保持真空状态,那样的也不需要每天搅拌了

多用点冷开水,小心倒入坛子,使白花漂浮出来,下次浸菜的时候一定用石头压紧,石头和菜要全部没入水中,保持真空状态几日后,白花就会消失,泡菜很好吃的哦,只是服持起来千万要当心。恩,说到泡菜,口水已。。。。。。
