当然可以。房东可以利用router封掉特定的某些站点。

Rolia hosted 的 地方 ev1servers firewall 设置了不让你 Ping . 但并不表示
上不去. Rogers 的DNS 服务不太稳定, 经常有问题, 多试几次啦/

'Unable to resolve target system name www.rolia.net', that's mean his rogers DNS servers have something wrongso she have to change to another DNS server direction and get the domain could be used, if not, she couldn't reach.

让他改用其他的如Bell的域名服务器看看(手工),如果能访问了,就是Rogers域名服务器的问题. 我觉得他能够tracert那么多,应该不是网络问题.

2.查IE->tools->option->content中被禁掉的站点

伊房东的电脑与伊同样问题，不查router怎么行啊？DNS是啥我不懂啊，我不懂TCP/IP。我只知rogers的High Speed用户使的多数是动态地址，拔下电源，再捅上地址就变了，所以不该是rogers DNS的问题。我用的High Speed为啥从不出此问题呢？
