I feel it improper to generalize. It is as improper to say new comers has "inferiority complex" as calling older residents "uneducated thug".If we want to discuss it at all, we should focus on one incident instead of generalize. If someone has a bad experience with a certain shop, s/he has the right to alarm others; But everyone should refrain from generalize.
