Try Java JB9_Ent_KeyGen.exe in your command prompt window. By the way, your jdk should be in your path.

I append the C:\JBuilder9\jdk1.4\bin to the PATH enviroment variable. but nothing changed. when I run the JB9_Ent_KeyGen.exe, nothing came out. Thank you for your reply.

ling7199, the file JB9_Ent_KeyGen.exe is 125176 bytes. Is it the right file?

Yes. Right. The program is swing UI.
Sorry, make a mistake, the command should be java -jar JB9_Ent_KeyGen.exe
