If you type it on internet, just download IME, Simplified Chinese Input when reinstall or upgrade IE5. If you want to use it on word or excel, just install Richwin.

打开WINDOWS，上网后，按START MENU，在最上端找到WINDOWS UPDATE，然后一步一步做下去就行了。
