Yes, all data still in memory while sleep. Need hardware support(ACPI). And power exhaust is similiar.

I don't think so.While entering sleep mode, system write the data from memory to hard disk without any change, then shutdown the power. If system is resumed, it simply load the data into memory from disk. So it may take less time than normal starting to open applications which you opened last time.

If no code in your powered ram, how the windows wake up? The waking code can not be stored in rom either.Most chips have sleep mode by lower frequency(even stop clock) and voltage(I think ram chip is same).Certainly some memory data are buffered by harddisk.

你说的应该是Hybernate,把RAM的内容写到硬盘上,RAM越大文件越大。如果是Stand by,我相信应该是用很小的电流维持RAM的数据。
