Those SOHO router is equiped with NAT and Firewall. You can set to block the particular TCP or UDP port if you know the application. But you can not do it to the web address. Try to use content control under explorer.

Router works in the network layer, web works in the application layer. You expect the network layer stuff to control/monitor app layer stuff?Not entirely impossible, but it'll be hard. Better use web proxy like squid ...

取决于你的路由器，在SMC路由器的防火墙(firewall)里面可以用URL Blocking 跟 Schedule Rule 设置屏蔽某台机器在某个时候上某些网站
